Our Guided running groups are designed to help ALL runners – from those with very little experience to marathon veterans who now are experiencing new challenges.

As solo an endeavour as running can be, there’s no doubt that having a companion to share your miles can help breathe the life back into your training. From sharing a few laughs to pushing your limits, the right running partner will help you grow as a runner – sited or visually-challenged.

Running with someone else is just that; a run. At Achilles we don’t create an environment where people feel pressured to do anything but run. We help people to set some expectations around average pace and distance and create a fun and goals oriented workout. We don’t place too many constraints around the runs, as they can really take the fun out of the workout.

And don’t forget that you can have as many different running friends/Guides as you like; you could have speedy partners, one for recovery days, and even one for your longer runs. The sky is the limit.
